New York Times, April 26, 2017: "The 2017 Kips Bay Showhouse"
“In Richard Mishaan’s first-floor sitting room, the print on the custom wallpaper, by Iksel Decorative Arts, was taken from a 15th-century house in the Middle East. But much of the room was inspired by Turkish and Venetian palaces, and the layering that went on there. The pillow fabrics are from Luigi Bevilacqua. The rug is a 19th-century Serapi from F.J. Hakimian. And the federal-looking panther on the wall, a contemporary Audubon painting, is by Walton Ford.”
